At FLOWERBX, every order is quality-checked before it leaves our studio. Because flowers are a living, perishable product, different varieties have different lifespans and levels of delicacy. Factors such as temperature, sunlight, and placement in your home can also influence how long they last.

Caring for Your Flowers

To get the most from your flowers, please follow the care guide included with your order. Eligibility for a refund or replacement will take into account whether care instructions have been followed.

Not Happy with Your Order?

If you're unhappy with your flowers for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery at info.dubai@flowerbx.com. We're sorry if something isn't right and we'll do everything we can to make it better.

What We'll Need from You

To help us resolve your issue quickly, we may ask for clear photographs of the flowers as received. Please send these along with your initial message where possible. Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

How We'll Make It Right

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we'll offer you either:

  • A replacement arrangement sent on the next available delivery date; or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Approved resolutions are processed within 24 hours. Refunds may take up to 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late Claims

We understand that life gets busy. Claims raised after the 48-hour window will be considered at our discretion, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement in these cases.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued where a delivery is refused at the door without prior notice to FLOWERBX.
